The Cottage or Bed and breakfast is situated on the winery or in the wine-producing village. The Cottage or the Bed and breakfast have been awarded either the “Pays Cathare” territorial quality label, some owners were awarded both labels.

During your stay

Your hosts will come with you for a walk to discover the domain, the grape varieties, the methods of cultivation...

In the wine storehouse (in private cellars or cooperative cellars) you will discover the wine production process.

You take part in the grape picking or other tasks according to the season, like pruning, for example.

A guided tasting session of the estate’s wines marks the end of your “accueil vigneron” stay.

As a souvenir, Gîtes de France Services Aude, presents you with a wine grower present.
